Absolutely thrilled with our stay at Dear Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the overall experience was exceptional. Each morning began with the exceptionally friendly staff, including Jorge, who was very attentive and cheerful. Highly recommend this place for a superb stay!

At check-in the host at the desk told us that breakfast was included and explained us the system of reservation in time slots. So we had breakfast on our 3-day stay. At check-out we had to pay 120 € for the breakfast. We are correct and hard-working people who expect to be treated in a professional way. Client-satisfaction and any commercial feeling were unknown to the hotel staff. This was the last drop to decide never to come back again!

White sheets were dirty (brown stains ) There is no atmosphere (no music)on the rooftop and it is dirty (cigarettes on the floor everywhere empty glases). Swimming pool not bigger then a jacuzzi. Would not return only advantage is that it is close to plaza de Espana.

A fab hotel, excellent location, Metro stop right outside the door. Our room was ready on check in which was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious and really clean and we were lucky to have a balcony. By booking directly we got a complimentary bottle of wine.

So i have issue with my booking, my room the max capacity just for 2 persons. I came with my 8 yo child. They insisted that i have to upgrade my room, which they don't have because the room was fully booked. So they force me to pay the the price difference to the upper level room to compensate then child, if not they don't give the room to us. The price that i have to pay is €70 per night, but when i checked on their website the difference is only €35. When i asked about that, they said "it is in the system, you have to pay €70", and "then why you not making make that new booking again (and my booking considered no show)". So rude! Imagine if they were in my position, it was late evening, i feel blackmailed and i don't have any choice but pay them. When i asked to speak to the manager, the staff didnt do anything about as if too afraid to just make a contact to her. Tomorrow when i met Paula the manager, just exactly the same answers but with more cold attitude and don't give a care about us. Back with "It is the hotel policy" and "it was your fault!" And "if you want your room pay!" were the only answer she could give me. Never ever the manager level can not give better solution or anywhere. I even asked to refund my booking, they couldnt do it too. I already travel more than 20 cities in europe never this strict and not helping, not even try to give better win win solution for the guest and hotel. Even after the issue was resolved (after i paid and get the room) the same staffs still cold to us, what a sincere service..bravo.. When we got the room, it was not that impressive. Bath soap filled with water (seriously?), cleanliness not really good, wifi downed several time. The only good thing in the room are good bed and pillow. thanks for the worst hotel experience so far in my life.
